Perfect location. Filteret drinking water was good. Facilities very satisfying

Location was excellent, right near the main beach in Port D’Alcudia and a short walk into town. The property was fully equipped for a week-long stay and was very clean and aesthetically pleasing. Tidy building and outside car park with electric gates for added security.

The pillows were not very comfortable and there weren’t enough of them per person. The biggest issue we had was with the water supply. The first day we arrived, there was no hot water so had to have cold water showers (boiled water for the children’s bath as it was too cold). The host did replace the boiler the next morning which we appreciated. Then, a few days later, the water supply went off completely for a whole day as there were some pre-planned repair works going on in the apartment complex which we had not been made aware of. We were unable to go to the toilet, shower, wash hands etc for approx 12 hours which was unacceptable with young infant children. We had to chase the host for repair updates during the day, he did not feel inclined to apologise for this inconvenience or offer us a goodwill gesture (I.e. money to purchase large bottles of water for the day until it was fixed). This would’ve been much appreciated with two young families and the hot weather. Sadly, this did taint our otherwise positive experience at the apartment.
