Great location , just a few steps to the beach, perfect size for a family of 4 plus grandparents and great for the family dog too.

Great location but house is dated and needs good cleaning and repairs. Master bath is very much in need of cleaning and repairs. No way to use bathtub, there’s no stopper. Rust around outside of shower, handles missing on cabinet door. Walkway to beach caused splinters and almost cut my foot on loose nails.
