1 bedroom house right on King Street in the heart of downtown Boone

If I had to say something negative it would parking if you have a large vehicle and the other place close by is rented with their car is there also. Luckily they provide an additional parking space down the hill next door which was great. Thank you for a great stay!

The location is terrific if you want to spend time in Boone and not pay for parking downtown. It's a nice walk and in the evening is well lit. We spent very little time in the rental, but it was clean, comfortable and although we didn't do any cooking it seemed to have everything you'd need. The grocery store almost next door was convenient for picking up coffee pods and a few things we needed.

House is excellent and location is great. Parking spots are tight. The owner has 2 VRBO houses on this lot. The owner clearly communicated that there are 3 parking spaces between the 2 VRBO houses and an additional designated parking space at a business next store where large full-size trucks should park. Our Honda Ridgeline which is same length as a Honda Pilot was clearly parked in front of our rental in one parking spot. Later that day the other renter with a full-size crew cab GMC truck arrived and did not know how to park/fit in the other 2 available spots (truck was too big). Obviously, this renter did not read the detailed information the owner furnishes. So - I had to explains it to the other renter that they should park next door in the designated spot for big vehicles. I would rent this house again without any reservations. Thank you.

It was convenient to town and great walking into town for the jazz festival events.
