Cozy! Furniture was good. Each couple had equal suites. Deck had the best views. You drive all the way up the hill and this sits at the top. You can’t get a better view. Hot tub works well and there’s enough pots and pans. We needed nothing so there was no communication to comment on. Just couldn’t find the potholders. .

Great location! Relaxing and great access to pools and gatlinburg! Saw 12 bears during our stay. Only caution is we think pillows need upgraded if you need sturdy pillows bring them from home :) however that was not a big deal at all. Very clean.

The property was perfect for my husband, our 2 adult children and myself. We loved starting our day looking at the view, on the deck, during breakfast, and ending it in the hot tub. The distance was perfect to all the places we visited and avoided extra traffic. We saw bear twice, one on the property and one down the street with her cub. Loved this house and area. Thankyou!
