Great place for families, especially for those who want to stay away from the hustle and bustle of high season.
Private street with no way out, no one passes the door. Only 4 neighbors! Peace, security and privacy. Not the will to leave the house! Great infrastructure for those who enjoy cooking!

Outside Area: Land with 1500 Mts, with a beautiful tropical garden, shower, sauna, external bathroom, swimming pool, sink, tables and chairs, barbecue, wood stove. Large parking area.
Walking Hosts: (Rooms (3 and 4) Large suites, which can be set up with double bed, bunk bed and still plenty of room for one more crib, or mattress.
Social Floor: Living room with kitchen (1) American combined (equipped with many utensils, microwave, refrigerator and frezer), Laundry with tank and washer and dryer, toilet, lunch room with view to the sea and integrated with the Gourmet balcony and TV room (which can be used as the fifth bedroom, or games room for children).
Gourmet Balcony: Equipped with kitchen (2) (also with many utensils) refrigerator, barbecue, stove, wood oven, plus large solarium with views of the sea and the mountains. (+ - 50 M 2).
Private balcony: Bedroom (1) Large double bedroom suite with bathtub in bedroom, sea view (including bathtub) and private balcony. There is still plenty of room for another crib or mattress.
Bedroom (2) Suite with two single beds.

A casa é muito boa. Mas tinha vazamento no teto. A geladeira principal estava com. defeito. A sauna e os ambientes não estavam muito limpos e precisamos dar uma boa faxina. A responsabilidade e retirar o lixo diário e levá-lo ate uma caçamba na estrada é bem inconveniente, pelo alto preço que pagamos. Havia uma obra na casa ao lado e o barulho foi bem chato. Outro problema é que por protocolo de biosegurança os proprietários deveriam dar um intervalo de 24 h entre uma locação e outra. O que não ocorreu. A casa é bem localizada e equipada, mas pela proximidade da mata, tinha muito mosquito.
Os proprietários foram bem solicitos e prestaram as informacões necessárias.
