About this farm stay rental
Old farm of 1850 fully rehabilitated, 80 KM from Paris, on a plot of 1500M2 in a hamlet in the middle of fields, 3 KM from the forest of Fontainebleau and the leisure base of Buthiers. 3 KM from the golf course and Chateau d'Augerville the river,
Surface: 220 M2 living room, 55M2.
RER / train: from Malesherbes which is 7 km, arrival by RER in the heart of Paris: Lyon station after 1H20 journey.

Petanque.
The house has a heated swimming pool in July and August, May / June / September with supplement.
12 sunbeds, garden furniture, table and chairs outdoor, bowling.
The house (which is our family home) has 5 beautiful rooms including a parental suite of 50m2 on the ground floor with antechamber, double sink, large bath, walk-in shower and separate WC.
Fully equipped kitchen with 5-burner gas stove to cook good little oven dishes.
Beautiful living room of 50m2 with exposed beams and floor in old tiles and fireplace. The living room is lit by many windows, with large antique fireplace, piano, hi fi system, speakers cabasses. 2 big super soft sofas ....
4 bedrooms upstairs with wooden floors, one in "dormitory" with 3 single beds, the others have double beds and one of them (the largest) has a sofa bed in addition to the double bed. a bathroom with large walk-in shower, double sinks, separate wc.
Calm environment which offers many possibilities for sports activities with the base Buthiers named "Buthiers leisure island" with its huge tree climbing, wave pool for surfing, climbing wall etc .... and its mountain bike routes, the campaign that is offered to you for shopping or hiking. To enjoy you have the farm of four times in Boissy quail (2km) duck and poultry specialists, that you can cook without problem in the house that has a perfect cooking piano You also find an excellent foie gras, a good bakery at the station of Malsherbes, for the pastries the chocolate factory of the castle of Augerville with its golf and its SPA For all the current you have intermarché. Malsherbes also very good for the fish.
