About this house rental
This clean white home is located next to Zion Canyon Hot Springs in LaVerkin, UT. (Out the front door and walk one block to the hot springs.) Very close to grocery store, coffee shop, restaurant. The master bedroom has a king bed with a private bathroom with shower, tub and two sinks.
The second bedroom is furnished with a queen bed and furniture. The third bedroom has queen bed and furnishings. All bedrooms have furniture, closets, alarm clocks, sheets, pillows, blankets etc.
The second bathroom also has a full shower/bathtub.
The living room has clean new furnishings including a queen sleeper sofa. The kitchen is fully stocked with toaster, coffeemaker, utensils and all of the other necessities.
We offer a garage with automatic opener to park your car and bikes.
The home has central heat/air for perfect comfort.
Enjoy our fresh peaches and pecans when in season. We love for you to eat as much as you like from our giant pioneer pecan trees and mature peach tree while relaxing in the shady back yard.

The host had clear and helpful instructions for check-in and check-out. The garage was a great plus to park away from the heat. Throughout our stay the host was very responsive to questions. The kitchen was well stocked so we could make our meals at the VRBO instead of eating out! A great location for visiting Zion National Park!

Convenient location to Zion National Park with lots of amenities close by. Property was clean and had all we needed to make our stay very enjoyable.

Was convenient to Zion and decorated nicely. Beds were comfortable. Jed communicated well, he was going to be out of town and provided other contact information. Enjoyed back patio. Would stay again.

This was perfect for our family. The fenced in backyard was great for our 2 year old granddaughter. The location was very convenient to Zion while being more reasonable than Springdale. Comfortable beds and a welcoming feel to the home.
