Overall property including the amenities (pool, bathrooms and tiki bar) were very good. We had an issue or two with the unit upon arrival. First and foremost was a couple loose wood steps on the stairs which could have been a hazard. Thankfully, after a putting a call in to management, maintenance was there quickly within the first hour or so of my family arriving to fix it properly and secure it for everyday use during our stay. Another note i would mention is the dining table needs to be tightened or possibly replaced as it was not very steady for use. I felt the unit overall was well stocked with eveyday accessories and starter soaps and paper products, also enough towels for the whole house. The location is convenient to a number of good restaurants, grocery store and such. The beach is a short drive away with multiple access points. Our favorite was Public Beach No. 3. The pool and the pool area had plenty of space for lots of people tonenjoy and relax. The tiki bar provided good music on most along with service with a smile at the bar. I would recommend this place for a more laid back atmosphere for families or couples with plenty ofnopions nearby. Should you want a little break from the quiet setting or seek a little more action or more to do, it is about 20 mins or so either direction to Orange Beach or Pensacola. Thanks again! Our family enjoyed and had a great time!!

Very nice homes, amenities and location. We had a large group with multi-rentals and all were very happy with their stay.
