Designed around a family setting and flexibility, the modern structures are ideal for sharing time together in the yard or enjoying food with friends around the large table on the deck.
It is located next to an farm in the geographical center of Port Townsend. (Up at the top of the hill from the golf course). There is a great green belt to the north that has lots of trails. A 5 min drive and you are either in Victorian downtown Port Townsend or at the nearby Worden St Park which has great beaches and an old light house. You can read about lots of the great restaurants there and the French bakery (Pane D'Amore).

A small cozy enclave location with a territorial view in a quiet part of town. It is private in a unique way with the planting around the facility and the way homes are grouped. Communication with the manager is superb. Close to Port Townsend trails. The photos on the listing are accurate as is the description. Residents in the area are friendly. We have stayed there before and will continue to go back. A lot of care and planning has gone into this home. Quietness and Tranquility is important for us and to respect the neighbors.

This was our fifth one-month stay at the Modern Cottage Compound. A great place for a large family and in-laws. Three buildings at the compound, so everyone has a place to themselves. The landscaping makes for total privacy.

At the risk of repeating myself, this property really is one of my favorites. Great location, unique housing, super helpful communication with host. The momma and baby deer in the yard are just a bonus!
