The space
The apartment has been refurbished to a high standard and has a bright, airy and contemporary feel. It has an open plan kitchen, living, dining area with stunning sea views. The kitchen is well equipped with conduction hob, oven, large fridge freezer dishwasher and microwave. The living room has a new comfortable couch, armchair and a 50inch smart TV
There are 2 separate bedrooms. The master bedroom has a double bed and enjoys fantastic views across the bay and coastline directly from your pillow. The southerly facing balcony can be accessed directly through french doors.
It has a large ensuite bathroom which includes a sunken bath, separate large walk in shower cubicle with raindrop head shower.
Bedroom 2 is a twin room with ensuite shower.
There is a very useful and highly practical utility room which has a washing machine and separate tumble dryer. It also has a WC handbasin and shower tray with low level shower hose designed for cleaning off wetsuits and beach equipment. There is a rail above the shower tray to hang wetsuits.
The village is a 2 min walk and the beach is a 4 min walk away either via a path through the common area of the building or quiet residential roads.
