Awesome view, comfy little place. We took fire logs so we could have a fire.

Rattling noise in the living room wall. Very annoying. The windows were dirty, maybe have a squeegee available to clean them?

Spacious lower level of house, had everything we needed for convience in kithen and bath, and bedroom - clean sheets & pillows! Lots of books, puzzles, etc. And after a call to maintenance, a new DVD player was brought over to replace the non working one. Best of all was the spectacular view of the bay! If you love hearing the waves and ocean at night, this is the place for you!

Dish TV went out our first night and DVD player didn't work, missing a cable and batteries. Played card games instead of movie.

The property’s proximity to the ocean is what makes this rental worth booking.

The interior appears to have been “updated” over time but the finishes, appliances and furniture are very low budget and (in our opinion) not commensurate with the great ocean view. The bathroom is extremely small and the queen bed is not comfortable. There was also a smell (strongest in the kitchen) like something had been burned on the stove, though we couldn’t really pinpoint what it was. We paid over $325/night and notwithstanding the great ocean view we expected the interior finishes to be much nicer. The exterior of the home is also not overly attractive, with what appears to be limited effort to give it a nicer curb appeal.
