Unexpected surprise

I was a bit late getting there due to delays on the way so I didn't get the chance to meet delphine but the instructions was good and I had no problem getting in the location is brilliant this place was clean and tidy nice soap and towels they left me some coffee pod's and tea i would not think twice about stopping here again 😀

Spacious apartment overlooking the Cathedral in an attractive and historic town.

Spacious apartment with balcony overlooking the Cathedral. Good kitchen facilities where we prepared an evening meal. We were able to store our bicycles in a secure out-building overnight at the back of the property. The location next to the Cathedral was fantastic and is close to the attractive, historic centre of Dol de Bretagne.

This lovely well equipped and located appartment has been a regular stop for us. The hostess is very helpful and having access to a balcony makes for a relaxing stay.

Road works were being undertaken in front of the building so parking was awkward. However our host advised us well.

Warm, friendly host. Very spacious studio, separate kitchen, neat shower-room. Perfect location right by cathedral and centre of town. Balcony to sit outside. So nice will certainly stay there again.

Very good

Great location to get to Saint Malo, Cancale, and Mont Saint Michel. Also easy parking on Parking Murets (on Rue des Murets) accessed by about 20 steps to the building with the apartment. Unfortunately, the Cathedral in Dol-de-Bretagne is being renovated along with the area surrounding it. Therefore, a bit tricky to walk about (esp. with luggage). May also be a bit dusty in the neighborhood if you are sensitive!

I liked the bed linen with a pleasant smell, comfortable mattress, balcony with a view of the cathedral, coffee, board games, interior. It's a pity that we spent so little time in this apartment.

I didn't like the smell in the kitchen and the small shower stall (too cramped to wash).

Not really a place for four

Apartment is spacious and in a great location (very close to the cathedral). Kitchen was well-equipped. Very quiet.

Floor in the bedroom )near bathroom door) was “spongy” and felt as if it could give way. Lighting situation in the bedroom wasn’t ideal. To access the bathroom, you have to go through the bedroom and down two steps. This is fine for a solo traveler or a couple (even with kids), but it would be somewhat awkward to have to cross through the pitch black bedroom and go down steps (with no good way to turn on a light) if four people shared the apartment. The steps leading up to the apartment are also somewhat rickety. It wasn’t a bad experience, but I would’ve been grateful to know about these little quirks ahead of time.

Breve e piacevole soggiorno a Dol-de-Breragne

Alloggio grande, ben posizionato ed accogliente, attaccato alla Chiesa principale di Dol. Molto suggestivo la sera e la mattina presto (siamo partiti intorno alle 6,30 e c'era la chiesa illuminata, molto suggestiva). Parcheggio presente in struttura e nelle vicinanze gratuitamente

Qualche problema con Maps per trovarlo, in realtà basta andare accanto al lato sinistro della Chiesa ed è subito lì

Idéal en couple

Delphine a été très aimable et serviable. Le studio dispose de tout ce qu'il faut pour passer un très bon moment à 2. Le balcon est un vrai plus. Emplacement idéal pour aller à St Malo, mont St Michel, Cancale...

Perso, cela ne nous a pas dérangé, mais il faut savoir que les cloches de l'église qui est en face de l'appartement sonnent à partir de 7h du matin.

De la fenêtre, une vue imprenable sur la cathédrale. Une vraie carte postale !! Excellent suivi du propriétaire pour que l'accès à la clef soit facile.

La ventilation fait trop de bruit. Heureusement, on a accès au disjoncteur, ce qui m'a permis de dormir en paix.
