Location

Location is great but property is highly over-rated (even putting aside a incidence with owner detailed below): Rooms are OK other than needing to climb lots of stairs but very different from the full-of-light images in booking: the windows face a old plaster wall not 2 meters with adjacent building looking into the room so not at all pleasant to actually open the window. Breakfast is also pretty basic with a lot of industrialized items that come wrapped in a package and not fresh (bread, pastry, ...) which is unexpected in Italy Now for the incident. On the 2nd day, the industrialized bread and eggs were nearly gone (just 2 slices and 2 eggs) and the 4 of us went out to a cafe instead. Here is the exact message I wrote to the owner (no demands, just frustration) and his response which I believe should get a rating of 1: [Me, 09:41] This morning there wasn't even bread in breakfast no simple cereal and not enough eggs (only 2 for 4 people). We paid a lot of money and this is not reasonable! We are going out eat in a cafe. This is very disappointing [Owner 21:43] Good evening. I waited before replying because I had no intention of being rude. There wasn’t even a simple “good morning” from you or any attempt to explain the problem, but rather a demand, and the way you approached it is something I didn’t appreciate [Owner, 21:44] We are a small property, a centrally located B&B and unlike many others, we at least make an effort to provide a simple breakfast in the morning and take care of our guests. The price you paid is certainly respectable, but I can assure you that hotels in Capri offering a more extensive breakfast can easily cost €1,500 for just one night for two people. [Owner, 21:44] hat said, I immediately reported the issue to the cleaning lady to make sure it doesn’t happen again tomorrow. And I’m sorry for being so straightforward, but I really dislike arrogance. [Owner 21:44] Have a good evening ✨

An Absolute Paradise in Capri! A Flawless 10/10 Experience!We stayed here for 2 nights and 3 days, and it was hands down the best decision we’ve ever made! This family-run hotel is a hidden gem. The location is absolutely breathtaking and perfect for exploring Capri. Every single morning started with a spectacular, delicious breakfast that we are already missing.On top of that, the entire hotel was incredibly clean, and the rooms were extremely spacious and comfortable!But what truly made our stay unforgettable was the owner, Gina. She is an absolute angel! Her warmth, constant smile, and incredible problem-solving skills blew us away. We didn't have a single complaint—everything was flawless from start to finish. We are already planning our summer holiday for next year just to visit her again. If you are going to Capri, you MUST stay here. Highly, highly recommended! 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟
