About this cottage rental
Life is busy and you need some time to revitalize and be with your family. Whether you are wanting peace and quiet with the tranquility coming from gazing over the beautiful Okanagan Lake or you want to energize yourself with sport and adventure our cottage, resort and surrounding area is the perfect place to vacation.
3 Bedrooms + 2 Full Bathrooms, (Sleeps 6 Maximum)

The La Casa lakeside cottage resort and surrounding areas offer various activities for the whole family. Everyone can enjoy the refreshing outdoor swimming pools, hot tubs and private beach area. For those looking to play we have mini golf, volley ball, tennis courts and a well equipped play ground. Water sports, including jet skiing, water skiing, boating and fishing are all available. More of a land lover, well we are sure you will enjoy hiking, horseback riding, golfing, biking, ATV, skiing (during winter) and of course, the fantastic shopping available in Vernon, Kelowna and West Kelowna. There are local events and festivals running from May through to October, not to mention the amazing wineries all within a 1/2 to 1 hours drive from the resort depending on location.
Note: Full use of outdoor central amenities areas are weather dependent and full availability is typically from May to October.
In addition, Fintry Provincial Park (located 5 minutes drive north of La Casa) offers further areas to explore (Fintry High Farm, water falls, trails, sandy beaches and a boat launch). There is also several ATV trails throughout the local areas.
This cottage is strategically located between the beach/lake/marina and the amenities areas (pool, hot-tub, play-ground, tennis,& mini-golf). It is your cottage to enjoy. Take the time, because you and your family deserve it!

Overall great stay, location is prime, with a gorgeous view, the house was spacious, and the kitchen was well stocked with pots pans etc and the bedrooms were spacious and comfortable. The one room upstairs has a great lake view. The lake is close and it does have a wibbit that our kids loved. The shop up top is great, they have a restaurant and a variety of awesome treats and a well stocked convenience store. Staff are lovely. Other feedback (that would not stop us from coming back, but good to know). Im going to presume the cleaner missed cleaning the fridge/freezer and microwave as they were in a bit of of a state and the washing machine likely needed a solid clean, its got a bit of a moldy smell. Aside from that it was tidy. The pool near the tennis courts is closed leaving one pool open on the upper level and parking can be tight with everyone going up there and the pool does get busy. You have to go up a huge hill to get to the pool - we walked the one day as there was no parking and its a TREK! Golf carts are available to rent but come at a hefty price tag 125 a day. Bring games to play if thats your thing, pool floats, racquets and balls, putters and balls if you have them, the shop has putters at a low fee if not.

loved the cabin overall, great location and killer view, lots of room and a joy to stay in in Fintry, will be back next year for sure.

The view of the lake was just as advertised. The beach was all rocks as was the lake bottom. The saving grace was the trampoline etc out in the water. We enjoyed Fintry Provincial Park very much and it was only about a 10 minute drive. I would not stay here again as it was difficult to get in/ out and around..
