Spacious studio with balcony - Vineyard 71

Location: The apartment is situated in a fairly quiet part of the city, just a 10-minute walk from ETH Zurich and the central station. There’s a small café within the building; other cafés, restaurants, and amenities are also within a 10-minute walk (often uphill) or a short tram ride away. The tram stop is located right outside the building; public transportation in Zürich is exceptionally efficient. The apartment is on a high floor, and with the windows closed, there’s no street noise at all. The terrace offers a lovely view of the city. Communication with the Host: The host responded promptly but, unfortunately, communication was not very efficient. The owner manages the apartment remotely, which resulted in a lot of back-and-forth between the owner and the local team. For example, the induction stove wasn’t working when I arrived and wasn’t fixed until the third day of my stay. That said, the local housekeeping team was friendly and helpful. Amenities: The apartment is well-stocked with most essentials a traveler might need, though shower gel and shampoo were not provided. Contrary to the listing, there is no washing machine in the apartment. There may be a coin-operated laundry facility in the building, but I didn’t have a chance to check.
