A fantastic property with great views. Very well presented and very well placed to explore that side of the island. The house was spacious and well laid out.
It would have been helpful if there were a few basics like salt, pepper, maybe a washing pod etc.
Also, it is on a very steep hill which didn’t bother us at all, but worth knowing especially if you don’t have a car.

Tudo impecável, a casa está muito bem situada numa zona fora da confusão citadina, está num local super tranquilo, silencioso, com um supermercado e farmácia mesmo no final da rua de acesso. Tem um jardim com uma vista invejável! A casa equipada com tudo o que necessitamos para uma família de quatro, foi excelente , excedeu as nossas expectativas! Voltaremos certamente.
A única coisa que acrescentaria a esta casa quase perfeita seria umas cortinas blackout nos quartos para que a luz matinal não nos acorde logo ao raiar do dia… ajuda a sair da cama cedo e aproveitar a ilha, mas não deixa de ser um pouco desconfortável.

Das Haus liegt ruhig in einer Wohnsiedlung, die Hauptstraße, die sich unterhalb vom Garten befindet, ist kaum hörbar. Ana, die Vermieterin, war sehr aufmerksam, beantwortete jede mail zügig und hat mit uns, während unseres Aufenthaltes, regen whatsup- Kontakt gehalten. Ein defekter Wasserkocher wurde schnell ersetzt.
Das Haus besitzt keine Klimaanlage, zum Glück gab es zwei Heizradiatoren, da es im Dez./Jan. ziemlich frisch und auch sehr feucht ist. Das Trocknen von nassgeregneter Bekleidung war schwierig, da es auch keine Garderobe oder Haken gab.
Die Zimmer rochen etwas muffig, was wohl an dem feuchten Wetter lag. In der Küche gibt es eine Grundausstattung, an Geschirr, Besteck u. Töpfen. Alles schon sehr benutzt und in die Jahre gekommen!
