The view from the balcony was breathtaking. We arrived at night, but in the morning we were stunned by the panoramic scenery: Picos de las Nieves, Roque Nublo and Roque Bentayga — just wow!
The accommodation has everything you need. A cave equipped with all amenities. We stayed in December and appreciated the extra blankets and the heater. The kitchen was fully equipped.
Artenara is a real gem, with its stairs and narrow streets, and the people are incredibly kind. The instructions on how to reach the accommodation, as well as the house rules, were very clear and helpful.
We liked everything. Just be careful with the hot water, as it can run out if you over use it.
One tip: avoid Diseminado la Degollada street at night — it’s very steep.

The village of Artenara is connected by excellent hiking trails with great views of the entire island. The housekeeping team was very helpful and kind. The village has good shops and authentic food restaurants.
