The property is brand new, and very tastefully appointed. It has a beautiful view, and the entrance to the sea is really well thought out for everyone from children to the elderly. The two paddleboard’s provided or perfect as a sunbathing platform when tied to the nearby buoy. TheVilla is a 15 to 20 minute drive to old Trogir for evening, strolls, and restaurants.
No, this is not the fault of the owner, but it lies on the flight path to split airport. So in the morning, and in the afternoon, there is a relatively consistent over flight of planes (every 10 minutes) for someone like me who is a bit of a plain fanatic? It wasn’t a big issue, but some might consider it, slightly busy. Also, as it is close to Trogir port, there is a constant stream of leisure craft going past the Villa. Again, it is not an issue and that they are too close but again it is very busy. Otherwise, no complaints.
