Ciò che volevamo: la posizione fuori dal centro ma raggiungibile a 5 minuti in macchina.Il senso di sicurezza ,all ingresso del cortile c'è un grande cancello per chiudere con chiave e anche un lucchetto.
La tranquillità.di una casa a tutti gli effetti,molto luminosa, (zanzariere su tutte porte e finestre)inserita tra agrumeti olivi e fichi d' india.
L attenzione alla raccolta differenziata.
La disponibilità di vari stendini ,mobili e fissi.
Un grande tavolo all aperto per poter mangiare fuori,(zanzare permettendo)vi era anche un caminetto .
Nulla,perché la disponibilità del proprietario Sig.Alberto ci ha permesso di risolvere subito i piccoli inconvenienti che possono accadere durante un soggiorno!

Il villino, a un piano, è ampio e comodo, fornito di ogni cosa utile. Punto di forza è la veranda e il giardino attorno, in questo periodo profumato dai fiori d'arancio. Inoltre, è presente un piccolo impianto stereo, che per me vale come ottima alternativa alla TV, e che finora non avevo mai trovato altrove. Buona organizzazione per la raccolta differenziata. Proprietario molto cortese e sollecito a rispondere ai quesiti.
Non poter gettare la carta nel water crea qualche scomodità, ma è una situazione diffusa nella zona.
