Very comfortable Cappadocia inn

We visited Cappadocia Eagle Cave Inn in July 2025. The welcome and hospitality if our hosts was great. We really felt like at home. Rooms and bathrooms were very clean. Beds were super comfortable. We had no air-conditioning in our rooms but it was unnecessary because rooms are partly located is the rocky underground which gives naturally cool atmosphere. The design of the inn is very stylish. We enjoyed our breakfasts in the small patio on the ground floor. The evenings spent on the terrace sofas with the magnificent view will stay with us forever. Our hosts helped us with booking of the horse riding and balloon flights. We recommend it for 110%.

Eagle Cave Inn in Ortahisar is a life time experience

It’s not in Goreme but its location in Ortahisar came perfect for us eventually. It’s about 5km from Goreme and sits between Urgup and Goreme. Urgup is also a lovely town to visit. The hotel owner, Saltuk, organised our tours, hot air balloon tour and green tour. He planned our trip in Cappadocia and guided every single step while we were in his hotel, which made our trip easy and pleasant. The room was clean and spacious with sun rise view. We could enjoy delicious breakfast in the quiet terrace with great morning view.

Good location and value for money

The location was good and the hosts are very friendly and helpful. We are so great the host help us arrange the Ballon ride with good deal, from the room can see the hot air Ballon from our hotel on the next day early in the morning. Love this place so much!! If next time still have chance I'm sure to bring my family back to this place.

This family-run hotel has a very pleasant and authentic atmosphere. The owners, Asude and Bugra are very attentive and extremely friendly. The hotel is max 20-30 mins drive away by the main attractions of Cappadocia. Our room was very clean, cosy and equipped with everything we needed. The breakfast service offers traditional Turkish tastes with a rich combination prepared by the local staff, you can enjoy it at the beautiful terrace, which overlooks Ortahisar. Our overall experience was great, we are looking forward to coming back again.

It was great overall

this is one of the best place to stay in Cappadocia by its location and very unique rooms. I have stayed here with my partner for 2 nights and it was beyond my expectation. -Staff of the hotel is very kind and friendly. -Room I have stayed is very clean and nicely decorated. -Location of the hotel is very close to every historic place to visit -Spa inside the room was great to experience

Wunderschöner Aufenthalt

Kleines, feines Hotel. Super schöne Zimmer. Wir haben eins mit Whirlpool gehabt. Super schöne Dachterrasse, von wo man die Ballone beobachten kann. Und wo man auch das Frühstück einnehmen kann. Alles wird frisch serviert. Auch bei den Ausflügen und Ballonfahrten hilft Saltuk dir wo er kann. Ein grosses Lob an saltuk, seine Frau und alle anderen Mitarbeiter. Können dieses Hotel absolut weiterempfehlen

Sehr hübsches Hotel und perfekt für einen mehrtägigen Aufenthalt in Kappadokien

Sehr hübsches familiäres Hotel. Die Zimmer sind im typischen Kappadokien-Stil eingerichtet. Das Frühstück ist äußerst reichhaltig und abwechslungsreich. Sehr nette Gastgeber. Restaurants sind fußläufig leicht zu erreichen. Alle anderen Sehenswürdigkeiten kann man mit dem Auto innerhalb von 30 Minuten erreichen. Vielen Dank!
