La proximidad a la playa, en 10 minutos por un paseo rodeado de naturaleza, vacas incluidas, llegas a una playa maravillosa y recondita.

La situación, en un pueblo con mucho encanto al lado de Llanes. Se puede ir paseando a la playa. La casa está en general muy bien, tiene de todo, está muy limpia, es confortable.
Enfrente de la casa hay objetos abandonados pero eso no es achacable a la anfitriona. Huele a humedad al entrar en la planta baja de la casa
