​Spacious, clean, bright, and incredibly cozy apartment. You can immediately tell that this was the hosts' personal home and not just a property renovated for rental purposes; every detail reflects quality and practicality, designed for real living. ​The location is perfect. It is about a 10-minute walk from the main train station (making it so easy to explore the rest of the French Riviera by train) and the seaside promenade. The neighborhood is very lively, packed with charming bakeries, restaurants, and cafés. ​The building itself is lovely, with a modern and clean entrance. Inside, the layout is excellent: ​Two Separate Bedrooms: The master bedroom faces the inner courtyard, making it extremely quiet for a good night's rest. ​Convenience: Each bedroom has its own private en-suite bathroom (without toilet). There is also 1 separate toilet. ​Living Space: The living room is expansive, and the kitchen is fully equipped with everything you could possibly need for cooking. ​Outdoor Space: A huge plus was having a balcony for every single room! ​Our host, Séverine, is an incredibly "sunny" and welcoming person. She went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable, including arranging an early check-in for us and providing fantastic local recommendations for restaurants and day trips. ​I highly recommend this place to anyone visiting!

Location was close to everything and the host Séverin was super nice and helpful the apartment had everything you need and air conditioners in all rooms

The furniture was bit old and broken but it wasn’t a big deal

The location was wonderful and the owner Severine was exceptionally nice and helpful.

I had asked if there we’re two bathrooms and was told yes. However, there was only one toilet for all of us to share. That was misleading. In America two bathrooms always means two toilets. Also there was only one set of linen for our entire stay and we had to buy trash bags for the garbage cans. The front to one of the dresser drawers in one of the bedrooms kept coming off and the curtains that were held up with a shower curtain rod kept falling down. Despite the owner getting batteries for the tv remote control while we were there, we were unable to get any live tv stations our entire stay. There was only one small tv in the living room. One of the mornings the elevator was not available and the elderly couple with us had to stay in the building.
