Way too small and we had only one suitcase, can't imagine with two

Japanese guy on the front desk did his best to be helpful but company policies worked against him. Location is good.

Coffee at breakfast was very poor. Breakfast room quickly became over crowded. We asked for 1 extra pillow and amazingly in a hotel of this size there was not one spare pillow available. You have to arrange to have your room cleaned. Otherwise you empty your own bin which being small fills up quickly. A general feeling of not being welcome. Except gor tge kind and helpful Japanese reception guy staff are not friendly. It is company policy not to make restaurant bookings for guests. I undersrand this but help in at least making a phone call in Japanese would have been helpful. Even by Japanese standards our bedroom was tiny and for 4 nights uncomfortable.
