Bright and spacious villa ideally located in a stone's throw from the lake and the beach.
The accommodartion is a 3 level villa with veranda, private garden and shared pool.
Entering the gate, you will find a nice garden with olive trees.
At the ground floor you will find a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, kettle, fridge, freezer and coffee machine. The entire room comes with air conditioning and mosquito ntes.
There are 3 bedrooms in the living room. One is the one and the other.
All rooms, bathroom included, have mosquitos nets and the two double rooms have air conditioning. The single bedroom has a modern tower fan.
There is a large basement room in the basement of the kitchen, which is especially suitable for winter meetings and dinners.
The swimming pool is shared with the other 3
