Totally amazing lower half of 2 story house / condo directly on the ocean with very private backyard and covered deck complete with private Hot Tub just steps to the sand. 2 BD, 2 Bath beautiful private condo - 3 private entrances. Totally renovated entire ground floor - only 2 units in entire building. Charming, peaceful Bermuda style condo in small complex of just 22 total units with lots of green space and a heated swimming pool. This is THE premiere ground floor unit, overlooking the ocean, just steps from the beautiful dunes and expansive sandy beach, with spectacular ocean views and grass backyard. The deck features lovely couches and swivel recliners, a beautiful dining area, and a private 3 person Hot Tub. There is a private gas grill off the kitchen. The heated pool is landscaped with lush tropical plants with plenty of comfortable seating and umbrellas. On the border of Delray Beach and Highland Beach. Pristine Beach just South of Delray Beach Country Club. Feel like you're on a Caribbean Island but easy walking distance to wonderful restaurants and shopping. 1 mile to Atlantic Avenue in Delray and a short ocean drive to Boca Raton.
The Master bedroom has a King size bed and private bath and private entrance. The guest room doubles as an office and has its own private bath with gorgeous pull out leather couch. Gorgeous desk area with ocean views. The living room has a 2 wonderfully comfortable slip cover style couch, fabulous electric leather recliners, and a 90" state of the art TV, plus a Micro Grand Digitial pIano – all overlooking the amazing ocean and open to the adjacent dining area with huge Italian marble table which seats 6. The fully equipped kitchen with double oven and double drawer dishwasher overlooks the ocean and has a separate private entrance to load groceries. There is one designated parking space and ample guest parking.

Wow! I never write reviews but this has to be one of the most amazing locations on the planet! We feel so lucky to have found this hidden beachfront gem just steps to the ocean. It's also just a short walk over the intercostal bridge to all the stores and restaurants on Linton, and a little over a mile to Atlantic Avenue.
The property is very quiet and this unit is incredibly private. It's located in a lowrise section so the beach is always empty. We sometimes felt like we were on a deserted Caribbean island.
The unit is totally equipped from Qtips to beach chairs and towels to water left in the frig. Very comfy king-size bed, and first class furnishings throughout. We could live here.
They have these great remote screens on the huge covered porch that you can use to block the sun or enclose the outdoor space on really windy days. Its kind of like your own house with your own side yard and backyard.
Lisa and Jake are the most gracious hosts. They use the unit themselves and rent mainly to friends, so its often unavailable - but if you can get it grab it. I definitely give this property the highest rating - it far exceeded our expectations. (Btw, Jake has a Broadway show - I googled him! )
