This turnkey home off the intracoastal waterway (with a private dock) and across the street from the beautiful beaches of Delray is a rare find. It is also within walking distance of the dining and shopping on Atlantic Avenue and several shopping centers, including grocery stores. This 2-story coastal oasis features two ground-floor master suites, two living rooms/entertaining areas on the first floor with an open floor plan. Two bedrooms on the second floor and their own full bath. Private pool and hot tub with waterway views and lots of seating for entertaining or just relaxing. Large comfortable sectional in the main living room and reclining sofa in the additional living room.

We had an amazing stay at this property! The location was absolutely ideal—just two streets away from the beach and restaurants. You can’t beat not having to find a parking spot at the beach. The house was perfectly sized for our family, and it was well stocked with everything we needed, which made our stay stress-free and comfortable.The place was very clean and private, offering a peaceful retreat after a day of exploring the area. The host was incredibly kind and attentive, making sure everything was perfect for our vacation. We really appreciated the thoughtful touches and great communication before and throughout our stay.We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing beach getaway!

As advertised in a great location. Clean and spacious property with all the amenities and well stocked. Good communication with owner. Comfortable beds and linens with large closets and bathrooms.
