About this house rental
In a 600 sqm garden, the Oceania villa is composed of 2 buildings.
A central building of 100 square meters consisting of:
2 bedrooms with air conditioning for a total of 6/8 beds;
1 kitchen with fridge, oven, microwave, 4 ring hob, TV;
1 bathroom with tub;
1 open veranda with table, chairs, sink, barbecure;
1 outdoor shower with hot water.
The secondary structure, measuring about 20 square meters, 2.40 meters high, far from the central about 20 meters always inside the same garden is composed of:
1 room with air conditioner;
1 bathroom with shower;
1 outdoor shower with hot water.
Via Oceania is a side street of the main road, generally not very busy and still silent.
It is advisable to use the car to reach the beach or the center, which is 1 km away, because the provincial road does not have a real sidewalk that makes it 100% safe.
San Foca offers a free or equipped beach. The seafront is the perimeter of much of the country.
The headquarters of the summer first aid and the municipal police are present.
The church is in front of the port and the characteristic sighting tower.
