About this villa rental
Villa in front of the sea with a big and beautiful garden (2200 MQ).
Private access to the sea through a private gate down the garden which conducts you both at a sand beach (50 meters) and a typical Otranto's cove (5 metres).
The Villa has 2 bedrooms: 1 double room (1 double bed) and 1 big room for 4 people (1 double bed and 2 single beds); 2 bathrooms (one in each room), living room, kitchen and a wide covered patio.
The Villa has two floors.
At the ground floor, there is a bright patio with white Mediterranean columns, furnished with fancy patio furniture, from where you can see the crystal clear sea.
In the patio, there is a big dining table (12 people max), a wicker sofa with wicker armchairs, a stonework sofa and a typical stonework barbecue.
Inside, on the ground floor, there is the living room with a television, a sofa, an armchair and a dining table; and a fully-fitted kitchen.
At the first floor, there is one double room with a double bed and an ensuite bathroom with shower; and one big room, divided into two different spaces, with a double bed, two single beds and an ensuite bathroom with shower.
There is also an outdoor shower with warm and cold water in the garden.
The garden is furnished with two elegant wooden beach loungers.
Down the fancy garden, there is a gate which brings you directly to the sea. You will find a typical cove at 5 metres from the gate. If you walk for 50 metres instead you will find a comfortable sandy beach.
Down the garden, there is also a little blue balcony furnished with table and chairs where you can admire the sea.
There is space for 4 car down the garden.
The price doesn't change with the number of guests.

We were pleased with the location. Gorgeous cove and beach nearby. We had problems with locals not allowing us through the gate on arrival. Our casa flooded in 3 areas during a severe storm. I would recommend this VRBO for location and view. There are steps to the bedrooms which was not ideal.

The back gate opens to the sea with a sandy Beach very close by. The outdoor porch is covered and ideal for relaxing. We would stay again at this seaside home in a very quiet area.

After transitioning from a small intown condo in Polignano a Mare, we appreciated the indoor living and property space of this private home. Of course, being steps away from the Adriatic Sea and close to Otranto was a huge plus.

The beach access & beach was fabulous as well as the outdoor seating areas rating if 10 out of 10. The indoor areas are lacking…. The kitchen did have basic necessities like dish towels & pot holders. The master bedroom was fine but the 2nd bedroom & bathroom smelled musty / mildewy and the bathroom needs remodeling. One of the clickers to open the gate didn’t have batteries & I couldn’t find any to replace them so each couple could not come & go from the property without the other. Indoor accommodations rating 5; 2nd bedroom & bathroom rating 2.
