Escape to a lakeside retreat only 10 minutes from I-65 Exit 305 on Smith Lake in Cullman, Alabama. Relax with your friends and family on the deck while watching your favorite sport on the 70'' flat screen television through the open garage door or with the screens in place. Or watch the sunset from the observation deck above the swim pier.
This unique, commercially designed home includes two bedrooms and two full bathrooms. The home can sleep one to six comfortably. The home features an open and large family room, kitchen and dining area. The kitchen is equipped with stainless steel appliances, granite countertops and with ice/water dispenser in the refrigerator. The home has been professionally decorated by an interior designer.
The home features two large insulated glass garage doors that can be opened for open-air and screens that remotely lower to create a completely screened-in porch for the entire home.
The home is located within five minutes of Smith Lake Park, with free boat launch and is directly across from Smith Lake Marina.
An optional 2018 SouthBay pontoon boat rental for guests of Grace's Retreat and Little's on the Lake. (Available Seasonally)

The industrial style home was so well done - you could see the interiors were professionally decorated. The home feels like it’s in a remote area but it’s actually 10-15 minutes from I -65. Bed was comfortable, kitchen was cook friendly and we enjoyed the walk down and back to the dock. Suzanne was super quick on responding. Make sure when you drive up that you go to the second brick home - they look just alike. We had some confusion with GPS getting us there. My only issue was the AC unit fan turned off and on and it was very loud. If I had called Suzanne she would have probably helped us adjust it ( unit is locked) but we got used to it!

Very cool industrial chic house. Fantastic view and deck. Two bedrooms and baths. Perfect for two couples. Nicely appointed and great communication with the owner.

Suzanne was very helpful and communicated well. The property was clean and nicely decorated. We loved the view from the deck. Lots of wildlife... from the eagle that was perched in the tree above to the little lizard walking across the railing and on side of house and the turtle and schools of fish in the lake below. Took a walk up to the park up the road where we spotted a Sandhill crane in the lake and a beautiful Red-tailed hawk setting on the playground slide. We enjoyed our stay, very relaxing.
