About this apartment rental
Enjoy my beautiful 3-bedroom scenic view condominium located at the Shores at Mackinaw on the pristine shores of Lake Huron. You will get to experience the beautiful views of the Mackinac Bridge and historic Mackinac Island. My condominium is fully furnished.
My condo has a king bed in the master with an attached bathroom. The second room has a queen with a connecting bathroom to the third queen room. The condo comes with 2 bathrooms, full kitchen, washer & dryer, private garage, balcony, heated shared pool located on Lake Huron. You can enjoy a view of the Mackinaw Bridge while you are in the pool. You must climb 17 steps to enter the main level of the condo. This is where everything is located other than the garage.
My rental property manager will have a contract for you to read over and fill out. It will have to be faxed, emailed or mailed back to her prior to your arrival. It is a list of the condominium rules the will be enforced by the property manger at the complex. Such as no campers, trailers, boats, etc.

Magnificent Mackinaw City vacation. The condo met and exceeded all of our expectations. I would happily stay here again. The location was ideal, the community was very well cared for, and the condo was immaculate.

Extremely relaxing, condo is extremely clean and well kept, grounds are well maintained as well as the pool area, awesome location! Without the plastic on the steps, rugs and runners EVERYWHERE and sticky notes with instructions on everything I would give it a solid 5 stars!! The amenities were a pleasant surprise, bottled water, snacks and K Cups. I would stay in this condo community again!!

This second floor condo was lovely! My family didn’t have any issues, but if someone in your group has mobility issues, there is a steep stairway to access the condo and there are lots of area rugs and runners to keep the carpeting clean. The beds and furniture were comfortable, everything was well stocked (dishes, etc), nice balcony area. The property was lovely, right by the water and a fire pit nearby. One item of note: the cleaning fee does not cover full cleaning service - you must have all dishes clean and put away before the end of your stay.Carol was wonderful to work with - very responsive.

The place is in very good condition, but that's also the problem. There are plastic runners up the stairs and rug runner everywhere else. The entire house is WHITE, so be careful. Also, paid a cleaning fee through VRBO, but then once you arrive, there are posters stating that it's a self cleaning kitchen etc, and if dishes are done AND put away, along with laundry started and all garbage taken to the local dumpster down the street, that you will be charged extra.
It's a nice area, and in a good location, but we won't be staying here again. We felt more like an unwanted guest that needed to tiptoe around the condo than we did on vacation.
