The kitchen is small, but fully renovated and stocked with all the essential dishes and utensils. Enjoy the convenience of having laundry in the building and no trips to the laundromat.

Park the car in your rented and reserved space and enjoy the walkability of Mount Vernon - you are close to downtown, JHU, Peabody, UB, MICA, Penn Station, restaurants, bars, coffee shops, Mount Vernon Place park and more! Need to get out of town? Transportation in Baltimore is plentiful - the light rail, there is the free Johns Hopkins Shuttle for students and staff, the free Charm City Circulator, the MARC and Amtrak trains at Penn Station will take you to Washington DC in an hour, the bus of course, Zipcars, metro subway and the popular electric scooters.

Absorb the historic vibes in this National Historic Landmark District. Mount Vernon is an area just north of downtown Baltimore, and is one of the city's oldest neighborhoods. Originally, it was home to the city's most fashionable families.

Charm City is called such for it's wide array of neighborhoods. Each neighborhood is different in its own charming way, but IMHO Mt Vernon is the best! Walk outside and you are walking among 100+ year old brownstones. A block away from your house is a public park perfect for dog walking, there is the free Walters Art Museum, newly renovated Washington Monument, the Peabody Conservatory with its dramatic stairs and publicly available library -- and all this you can see from your stoop! Walk around a bit and you can access over 20 art galleries, 30 restaurants and bars, the historic Charles Movie Theater, Lyric Opera House, University of MD, MICA, and the list goes on.

Paid parking may be available for $10/days for stays less than 2 weeks or $160/month. Please inquire at time of booking. Parking spots must be reserved at the time of booking by providing your vehicle information (make, model, color, and license plate), even if your listing indicates availability of parking.   We can not guarantee availability of parking, if it has not been reserved ahead of time. Failing to confirm your parking spot and providing vehicle make, model, color, year and tag number may result in being towed. Please provide all vehicle information when requesting a parking space at the time of booking.
