Close to a lot of good sites and areas, even if the area around the property wasn't great. Everything was clean. Decent sized rooms and large kitchen if that's something you need.
The room didn't have any trash bags, which was incredibly inconvenient. There were no toiletries for the shower, which is fine but would have been nice. Shower wasn't great. Biggest issue is that the front doors don't lock behind you and other people who stayed at the same time left doors unlocked, which made me feel unsafe. They should at the very least communicate that it doesn't lock behind you, but would be a good idea to make that change for the future.

The room was very private, making it feel almost like its own apartment. The remodel is well done, and was overall very comfortable. The owner was responsive and helpful when I ran into a problem with the door code.
I wish there had been toiletries, like a basic bar of soap and shampoo in the shower. The neighborhood is decent and well connected to public transit, but would love some food options close by (the location is the only thing that brought my stay to a 9)
