Ground Floor Condo at Las Palomas, one of the 2 units in Phase 1 ground floor condo with 3 and a half Bedrooms and 3 bathrooms and in the Rental Pool.

One of the Bedrooms is a separate locked in suite with its own full bathroom.

It features a king size bed in each bedroom and a bunk bed (twin over full) in the bunk room!

Located in Phase 1, Topaz Building this condo offers a great private patio and direct access to the pool and beach areas.

In addition to Topaz 108, we also own and rent other ground floors close by:
1 Bedroom: Diamante 106
2 bedroom: Topaz 105,
3 Bedrooms: Opalo 108, Opalo 107 and Diamante 108!

Have also ground floors in Phase 2:
1 Bedroom: Cabrillo 102, Coronado 102, Coronado 105, Cortez 102.
2 Bedrooms: Cabrillo 106, Cabrillo 104 and Cabrillo 103.

For higher floors we also have Cortez 903

Jaime was a wonderful host! The property was in great shape and we had everything we needed. The location of the unit was a plus.

We enjoyed our stayed we just think the property need some maintenance work compared of our stayed in 2024 at this property but other then that was really fun time

Nice accommodations with easy access to everything. For me, it was just too big, too noisy, and way too much cement. Pool area, beach, and bars were great. Great place for families with kids
