Stunning 3 bedroom/3 bathroom 1900 sq ft end-unit condo at the premier resort destination in Puerto Peñasco - Las Palomas Seaside Golf Community. This beautifully furnished condo has 2 master suites - each with its own private balcony and full bathroom. The third bedroom is great for KIDS with Queen over King bunk beds sleeping 4. The living room has a queen sleeper sofa and a 53 inch flat screen HDTV. Flat screen TV’s in all bedrooms. There is free wi-fi / internet. Laundry room with full size washer/ dryer. Great views of ocean, beach and golf course from wrap around patio.
Las Palomas is a luxurious, 342 acre, gated, master-planned resort on the white sandy beach of the Sea of Cortez, a championship golf course, on-site lobby check-in, on-site restaurants, fitness center, sundries/gift shop, underground parking. Relax on the beach, swim in the sea or lounge around the well appointed pool areas featuring a negative edge pools, hot tubs and swim-up bar with drinks and food
Now let’s talk about rental rates. First, Las Palomas sets and controls all rental rates, including the rates which condo owners can charge for their units. We are not in the rental pool so we can only accept long term renters. The owner's rate is the lowest allowed at Las Palomas so when you rent from an owner directly you get the best price and there are no hidden extras. The owner's rate includes parking, and access to all of the beach facilities in Phase II and Phase I. At the time of booking you will be charged 100% of the rental.

Beautiful place! Waking up to the ocean is my favorite thing to do!! Sitting on the wrap around balcony while drinking my coffee was fabulous. This condo has everything you need! Direct tv, cooking supplies, and much more! I would highly recommend this condo to anyone!

Condo is newly furnished and remodeled. Def one of the nicer stays I’ve had at Las Paloma’s. Awesome ocean view with wrap around balcony, couldn’t ask for more!

The condo was really nice, it had a huge, wrap around balcony that had great views of the ocean and resort. We liked that it had two master suites. It had everything we needed for our stay, even a washer and dryer and direct tv for when we wanted to stay in. The resort was great, friendly staff, extremely clean, fair prices and convienient with multiple restrurants and a little convienience shop. In town, which is really close, has grocery stores and more restaurants. There is a pretty active nightlife that was a lot fun too.
We had a great stay and can’t wait to come back to Sean’s beautiful Condo.
