As soon as you pull in you'll see the ski slopes! Swain Hollow village condos are just a short walk to the ski resort. Enter the condo and fall in love with this cozy condo. Discover just how much fun it is being cozied up with the one you love! By a warm fire and candlelight. Or relax in Jacuzzi tub after a day on the slopes.
Enjoy a movie, we have plenty to pick from.
Perfect place to relax and enjoy your time in the country with no worries.
Swain has a few restaurants just walking distance from condo. Two bars as well. Great for families or romantic getaways. This is the perfect spot to get away from it all. Plenty of outdoor space for kids to play as well.
Letchworth State Park ( known as the Grand canyon of the East") is just 12 miles away.
With its treasure trove of waterfalls and gorges. Venture off to take a Hot air balloon ride over Letchworth.( outside vendor)
Stony Brook State Park is close as well with fresh fast flowing water which one could walk through with forced natural whirlpools.
Explore picturesque Allegany county on the relaxing country roads to which many lead to small quaint villages with antique shops and some Amish shops. Drive farther north to the fingers lakes to tour the wineries as well. Rattlesnake Hill wildlife is hop skip jump from condo for those who love to venture out to take a hike or do some snow shoeing. As well as cross country skiing.Corning glass is less then a hour away. A must see for those who love art! Grocery shop at our famous Wegmans! In Hornell just 16 miles away
You truly would need a week to take it all in. But even if you don't have the time we hope you'll chose are cozy little get away as yours on your stay.

Meribeth has provided a really great place. Clean, well equipped. It is close to Swain ski hill (but it would be a bit difficult to walk to) and there are loads of games for the kids to play. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

The condo was just as advertised and decorated for Christmas! We found the place to be very clean and the kitchen to be well stocked for cooking.

The condo was very clean, the kitchen is spacious, lots of seating. Outside deck was smaller than I thought would be.
