About this house rental
Beautiful stone vacation home. Located 12 km north of Bergerac, on the edge of the quiet village of Laveyssière. The building, which used to be a festival house, has been lovingly restored by the owners, but retains the charm of the past, which is expressed by an old sink, a stone fireplace, stone walls and wooden beams, among other things. Your private pool, with views of the rural surroundings and the village below, is a two-minute walk from the property. The two bedrooms on the first floor are comfortably furnished and have a pleasantly cool temperature during the hot summer months. In the morning you can enjoy your coffee and croissants on the covered terrace. Apart from a tractor now and then, there is very little traffic in the immediate vicinity: just the right condition for many pleasant walks against a rural backdrop. Active vacationers can also let off steam at the Acrozabres ropes course, 1 km away, which offers challenges for visitors of all ages. Monbazillac (22 km) invites you to visit its chateau and taste its wines, and restaurants and other amenities await you in Bergerac (12 km). The Clos des Elfes restaurant (200 m) is open all year round. Issigeac, golf course 35 km, Château des Vigiers 31 km, Eymet 39 km. Brantôme (65 km), also known as the Venice of the Périgord, is a wonderful destination: souvenir stores, restaurants, canoe rentals, guided boat trips and a beautiful abbey. This vacation property with private pool promises a wonderful vacation in the Dordogne.

Nous avons passé un très agréable sejour. Le village est très pittoresque. La maison est authentique et décorée avec le goût. Tout a été pensé pour un sejour confortable. Un choix important de livres et jouets/jeux de sociétés aussi bien pour les enfants que les parents est à disposition. Jardin et piscine sécurisé. Il n'y avait pas de circulation dans les routes à l'entour. Sans vis a vis. Magnifique vue tout autour de la maison. Pas de passage fréquent. Piscine vraiment privatif et assez grande pour faire des longueurs. Il y a un très bon restaurant dans le village . Il y a beacoup de petits sorties à faire dans les alentour en voiture. Idéale pour une famille avec des enfants ou des couples qui veulent se ressoucer dans la nature. Nous remercions les propriétaires pour leurs chaleureuses acceuilles.
