The Royal Moana is one of the best values in Waikiki and ranks among the highest in guest satisfaction! Now you don’t have to sacrifice quality for affordability. Located at 240 Liliuokalani Ave, the Royal Moana is a few minutes walk to world class Waikiki beaches and was remodeled with the sole purpose of providing you a classy yet economical alternative to a hotel room. Ask yourself, why would I ever rent a room when I can rent a home? As you can see in the amenities, we have gone to great lengths to make sure these condos are truly your home away from home. Ali’i Beach Rentals manages the entire property so there are 6 identical fully furnished stylish one bedroom condos and 1 classic studio available.
The sleeping arrangements are very convenient with a queen bed in the bedroom along with a trundle day bed which has two twin sized mattresses. Leave the bedroom pocket doors open for extra space or shut them for a private bedroom.
ALI'I BEACH RENTALS INCLUDE:
- Beach chairs, boogie board, and cooler
- Bed linens, bath, beach & kitchen towels
- Dishes, silverware, cookware (including tea kettle, rice cooker, blender)
- Hair dryer, iron & ironing board
- Condo Supplies: coffee filters, dish soap, dishwasher soap, bar soap, travel size shampoo, conditioner, paper towel & toilet papers (once these items run out, you will purchase your own).
The Royal Moana is a VERY short walk to:
- Tons of Beaches: Waikiki Beach, Kuhio Beach, Canoes Beach, and many more.
- World Class Dining: Duke’s Restaurant, Hy’s Steakhouse, Cheesecake Factory, and countless more.
- Amazing Shopping: International Marketplace, Royal Hawaiian Shopping Center, Coach, Gucci, Louis Vuitton, and more.
- Activities: Surfing, Honolulu Zoo, Night-life, Hula Shows, Waikiki Aquarium, Catamaran rides, outrigger canoe rides, and much more.

The unit did not have a carpet as shown in picture. The broom was too-stiff to adequately sweep the floor. Friendly workers, prompt service to all our requests. WOULD DEFINITELY STAY AT AGAIN!

Located a short walk to the beach was great. However being in the heart of Waikiki means it's very loud from sirens, garbage trucks, etc. Some soundproofing of the unit would go a long way, new windows and sealed sliding door. Other than that dealing with Ali'i Beach rentals was great, they were very proactive with their communications and quickly responded to any of our request.

7to start, I couldn't get into my unit. My door code wouldn't work. I had to call maintenance and wait 1/2 hr to get let in.
