We really enjoyed our stay at this property. The house was clean, comfortable and its in a great location. If you are skiing at Stratton you are 5 minutes from the village. The owner was a pleasure to deal with. Look forward to staying at this property again.

Pros:
-great location, under 5 mins drive to Stratton Mountain
-good pricing for NYE week
-good pellet stove, cable, wifi, couch
Cons:
-very thin walls, noise travels easily from upstairs to downstairs
-2nd downstairs "queen bed" not really a queen but a full size bed on a queen boxspring
-twin bed room is a little musty (not a major concern unless there are allergies)
