Come stay in our charming 3 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom, 2-story home.
The Master Bedroom has a king-size bed, a private bathroom (with shower and tub), and a walk-in closet. The other 2 rooms are upstairs. Both with queen beds. A large shared bathroom is located on the second floor.
The kitchen is fully equipped, and the main living room has a charming built-in electric fireplace.
The house comes with a large backyard, with a brick patio, furniture, and a Grill. Parking is free.
West Oak is a 5-minute walk to Old Town Lafayette which has several art studios, restaurants, breweries, a farmer's market, and antique shops. A family-friendly park and the local Rec. Center are just a block away and a water park is just a mile away!
West Oak is near main bus lines and roadways that make traveling to Boulder, Denver, Estes Park, the ski slopes, etc. quick and easy.
West Oak is in a safe and quiet neighborhood, where women and children feel safe during all hours of the day and night. Local authorities are nearby for any emergencies.
We can guide you to our favorite resturaunts, breweries, and attractions in any city and the best way to get to each one. We also have a list of favorite hikes and out door adventures, which we would be happy to help you plan.

We thoroughly enjoyed our month stay at Jared’s lovely & comfortable house. The location to Old Town Lafayette, Sunday Farmer’s Market, nearby shopping, the walking paths, and much more made our visit wonderful.

This home is amazing! It has all the amenities and more. This was a business trip for our group of three which everyone had their own bedroom and space. A big plus was the master bedroom with a large closet and several niceties . The location was perfect and close to Lafayette, Louisville and Boulder. We didn't have time to enjoy the back yard but it looks like a good place to unwind after a day out. I will defiantly rent this home again on our next trip.

We had not been to the Denver area before and wanted a location convenient for exploring the surrounding area. Lafayette was perfect. Everywhere we went was just 30 - 60 minutes from the house (e.g., downtown Denver, Boulder, Estes Park, Ft. Collins, anf Evergreen). When we returned after a day of exploring, the house was a comfortable place to rest and recharge. It is spacious, well-stocked in the kitchen (lots of staple foods and cooking equipment), and whimsically decorated. It has plenty of areas in which to spread out, including a charming front porch and a delightful, nature-filled back yard. The bed in the master bedroom was exceptionally comfortable. As a bonus, there are two parks, a grocery store, and two liquor stores within walking distance of the house. Old Town Lafayette is also close by and contains some terrific restaurants and coffee shops. I felt completely at home in this house and would highly recommend it to families or groups of friends.
