As a home owned by musicians, dancers, and artists, you’ll feel a warm, creative vibe throughout your stay.
For your safety and peace of mind, discreet security cameras are installed only in the garage gym and over the hot tub area—similar to the security you’d find at a hotel or B&B. These cameras are only monitored if there are reported safety concerns or damage. There are absolutely no cameras inside the home.
To help us maintain this beautiful space, we kindly ask guests to leave the home tidy (bedsheets excluded) and take out all trash upon departure. Please note, a $250 cleaning fee will be charged if the home is left excessively messy.

Very clean home, beds were comfortable. Safety rail provided for safety of steps. One of the bedrooms was warm at night because the vent was under the bed. Overall very welcoming and would stay again.

We stayed here during family weekend. The house was in pristine condition and seamless check in-out process. It is about a 15/20 minute drive from the University.
