Nestled among the cedars at the end of a peninsula, enjoy the privacy and beauty of Pike Lake and the Superior National Forest, and a cozy waterfront/lakeside cabin that sleeps up to five.
As a traveler, you'll love the cabin's amenities, including a queen bed in the main floor bedroom, and a queen and twin bed upstairs in the sleeping loft. The cabin has fast WiFi, a gas grill on the massive front deck, a lakeside fire pit, and a bathroom/laundry with washer/dryer combo unit, sink/vanity, and shower.
The fully stocked kitchen, complete with gas stove, oven, refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, and toaster, makes it easy to prepare delicious meals, which you can enjoy with a view of the lake. The dining room table also has plenty of room for playing games. All linens, dishes, toiletries, paper towels, cooking utensils, etc. are provided. Relax in the living room or step outside and take in the captivating lake views and enjoy the loons calling as you sip your coffee or unwind with a beverage. On chilly evenings, cozy up by the wood stove with a good book.

Beautiful lake, cozy cabin, we loved the fireplace after miles on the hiking trails. There’s so much to do and see in this area. Get alllll the vitamin N Everything was great!!

Very relaxing. Had everything we needed. Beautiful lake. We were lucky to view an outstanding northern light show. Patio and grill were great. No dvd player. VHS? )We saw a bear while walking. Really enjoyed this cabin.

Cozy little cabin in the beautiful northwoods of Minnesota, extremely quiet area except for the loons! The lake was beautiful and clean. Cabin had all the amenities we needed to enjoy our stay, full kitchen, chairs to set out around the fire pit, dock with a bench, picnic table, etc. It was about a 23 minute drive from Grand Marais, the last 7-8 miles were dirt roads and the last 1/4 mile would be rough for a low clearance vehicle.

The cabin is well-stocked, clean and comfortable. We enjoyed playing games at the table, sitting in the front of the fire during a thunderstorm and cooking the fresh fish we purchased in Grand Marais. Pike Lake is beautiful and very quiet and we also enjoyed boating in the evenings. All that said, our experience was similar to many of the other reviewers. We have never experienced so many mosquitoes in any of our travels in the northwoods (including a Boundary Waters trip this time). The area immediately surrounding the home is very overgrown with plants coming up through the deck and stairs. There were also many containers throughout the property with standing water. With some maintenance around the house, the mosquito problem could be mitigated.
