About this house rental
Relax and enjoy this beautiful, oceanfront 4 bedroom 4 bath private home. Views of the Atlantic can be seen from the large screened porch and master bedroom deck. Enjoy the private gated community’s large ocean front pool complex. Beach access path is located a short walk down the street.
30 Ocean Point is a well-appointed home with rich, wood floors, and coastal décor. The first floor offers a large living area with comfortable seating and dining area with full service wet bar. A large HD TV with sound bar is located above the fireplace mantle. The screened porch is accessed off the living room with outdoor seating and a dining table for those late summer dinners. You will love the well-equipped kitchen with granite counter tops and peak through to dining room and great room. Perfect for a quick view out to the ocean as you make your morning coffee. A queen bedroom is located on this level with an on suite bath.
The second floor features two guest rooms and master suite. The spacious west guest room has a queen bed, sitting area and on suite full bath. The second bedroom is perfect for the kids with 2 twin beds and full bath. Relax in the master suite with king bed and lovely views of the Atlantic Ocean. The master bath features a jetted tub, separate tiled shower and double sink vanity. The open deck off the master bedroom overlooks the community pool, the Links golf course, and the ocean beyond. Laundry area is also located on this level.
Access to the private pool complex is right out your back door. You can watch the kids swim from the screened in porch! The beach access is a few minutes’ walk down the street, and is located in a secluded part of the resort. The home offers Linens, Wi-Fi and cable TV services. No smoking. No pets. **Motor homes, trailers, boats, golf carts, and motorcycles are not allowed within the gates of Wild Dunes**
Rentals are stocked with small ‘starter packs’ that include: toilet paper, trash bags, paper towels, soap, dishwashing soap, and dishwasher detergent.

Amazing wild dunes experience staying at this town home. Our family loved the space and easy ability to go to the beach and the pool. It was a great trip for our almost 2 year old who loved it. We will be back!

This is a really nice property. The owners have taken excellent care, it is clean, nicely decorated and well appointed. Close to beach entrance, use of garage is a huge plus!Also of note, Zack Stone from Island Realty went above and beyond for us.

This is the second time we have stayed in this house, 4 adults, 2 children. It was roomy and comfortable in the living spaces. The screened porch was nice. It really isn’t beach front, just obstructed water view at quite a distance from both levels. The beds were comfortable, but the linens were worn and obviously old and washed out. The towels were white and fluffy, but strictly rationed - one of each washcloth, bath and hand towel per guest. Only one kitchen towel and dishcloth was provided with a small sponge. The house was not terribly clean, dust bunnies and a sloppy kitchen smeary wipe down on appliances and counters. The white woodwork needs a wash. The porches had not been cleaned, we were left with a cigarette butt filled soda can, half filled dirty coffee mug, filthy sandy table and crab claws and other trash on the first level. The second level was not tidy and hadn’t been cleaned, same with the basement garage entry. We cleaned it ourselves, as we did not feel like dealing with cleaning people. The kitchen is spacious with adequate dishes and utensils. Bring your own salt shaker. Extra garbage bags and dishwasher detergent are not provided - another annoying item in a pricy rental.The beach and neighborhood was private and lovely. The beach is a little bit of a walk, but pleasant. We had the beach mostly to ourselves. The water is warm and the waves gentle. We did have a problem with jellyfish stings. There are deer in the evenings to watch. The pool is directly below the house and very clean and nice. It closes early enough to never be an issue at night, and wasn’t ever a problem. People were all very respectful and quiet in the pool area, beach and neighborhood.I gave this house excellent reviews last year and am sad not to do so this year. A little attention to details could have made all the difference.
