Great place for a family trip - our family of 5 was very comfortable and the proximity to the beach was unbeatable. We didn’t rent a car and didn’t need it. Property was everything advertised and a great value - would return in a heartbeat.

The place was nice to stay in but my main complaint is communication. All other beach houses we have rented, comunication was always prompt. It took 24 hours to hear back from the host. Also, there is construction still going on in the building. Tried to sleeo in just a little one day because we were all so exhausted but the sawing started at 7 am! Not only that, we drove a black truck to CA and left with so much saw dust and black stuff from the construction! I was hoping it would have blown off on the drive but it did not! I just paid for a detail before we took it on our trip! I knew it wouldn't stay clean but leaving with saw dust all over it was not something I expected to happen. It would have been nice to be guven a heads up that there was still construction going on in the building. I let the host know what happen, but never got a response back!
