We liked the location, the size, the cleanliness, the helpful staff.
The skylight window had not blind and the large row of flood lights from the restaurant across the road shone in all night. Also being woken up by people cleaning the piazza, emptying bins and restocking stores at 5am was not good. We also would have liked additional pillows.

The location is fantastic, right in the smack of things and at the base of the cathedral. The apartment itself was spotless, well supplied with coffee and tea. My family and I had a wonderful stay.
There are a lot of steep stairs - was fine for us, but not suitable for people with mobility issues. Also, you get only one key. If you're four people, that makes it difficult to explore the town separately. And the lock is difficult to turn. Easy solution would be to install a code lock that would allow ease of entry. Otherwise a marvellous experience!

The location
the add does not indicate that there are many stairs to claim. We could not find it, claimed the stairs of the church and went all the way around. The heat was intense. I picture was sent to me but it was not clear, it should have indicated that it is next to the famous bakery and the signs should be more visible. These was an empty desk and no one available to ask any questions. There were no windows.
