Townhouse was well equipped and very clean, complex was super with the main pool and tiki bar. Club house and gym were greatEnjoyed morning walks around the pond. Felt very safe and secure in this gated community

It was very clean. Could use some better frying pans and larger cookie sheet. Everything else was fine. Coffee pot was not the proper size for the machine. It needs to be larger. Thanks for the great stay!

2nd time returning to Terre Verde and renting from Enisa. The 3 bedroom town home was clean when we arrived. The only problem was the frost free fridge. Melting ice from the freezer would drip down into the fridge. Unknowing to us at the time we had bought a lot of food and filled the fridge. The drain tube was frozen and the only way to solve this issue would be to unplug the fridge until the drain tube functioned properly after a day. No place to keep our perishable groceries for a day. Enisa had a new fridge delivered. The single beds are a little soft for adults but our grand kids did not mind. The AC return air is close to the TV and loud when operating. I believe this maybe a common location for AC units among all 3 bedrooms towns. Our visiting children and grandchildren had a wonderful time at Terre Verde and we hope to return next year and would definitely rent from Enisa.
