About this house rental
Looking for a fabulous luxury place to stay and relax with friends or family?
This inviting 3BR/3BA home is conveniently located just 20 minutes northwest of downtown with plenty of restaurants and grocery stores nearby. The main sitting area offers a flat screen cable TV, baby grand piano for the guests who can play, and a large sectional couch, 2 big chairs and 2 small benches. The large windows look out towards the hill country and neighboring rooftops. The upstairs terrace offers ample sitting with enjoyable evening lights. The fully-equipped kitchen has stainless-steel appliances and coffee for in the morning. The bar seats 4 and the dining table can accommodate 8 with the extra chairs found in the home. The master bedroom has a comfortable king size bed with views of the luxury backyard pool/cabana. On a cool evening the 12 foot slider door in the bedroom can be opened to feel like the pool is at arm’s length. The two guest rooms are located on the opposite side of the house with a full bathroom/ bath shower combo. Both rooms have queen size beds. The office downstairs has a wall of glass doors that looks out towards the pool. In this room there is a sectional couch with an ottoman that can slide over to the couch to be made into a king size bed and also has a private bathroom with shower.
After a great day in Austin, come settle in to a relaxing evening at poolside under the cabana that accommodates seating for 7 and 2 more at the playing table. If you are wanting to dine outside, then eating under the large umbrella and table for 6 might suit you and your party. If sun bathing is what you came for, then there are 2 chaise lounge chairs and /or 2 "in pool" chaise lounge chairs with a small table. You must not forget to add lighting and sound to this tropical paradise.... turn on the water fountain and lounge area bubblers, and LED pool lighting and enjoy your private resort! The pool can be heated during winter months (only by request and its $150 additional charge/night) - Jacuzzi can always be heated with no additional charge. If you choose to do your own Texas grilling... Head over to HEB five minutes away and pick up some good - ole steaks. The grill is located on the side yard closest to the kitchen. One convenient part of our location is you have easy access to all highways. Toll road nearby (off to the races), 183 connects to 35 and Mopac (Downtown enjoyment). Austin is a great place to come and I know you will enjoy staying here.

We had a wonderful stay at the Artsy luxury Resort. We stayed over winter break and it was the perfect time to visit. The whole family really enjoyed the heated pool and spa. The water feature for the pool along with the many places to hang out around the pool made it a great place to relax all day. Even in the winter with some warm days and some chilly, the water temp was very pleasant and we swam multiple times per day. For extra kiddo safety, the owner asked if we would like to put on the alarm on all the doors going out to the pool and we appreciated that. There is a gas grill that is super easy to use for an easy stay at home BBQ. The house is very clean and well kept. It is decorated very nicely with art and decorated tastefully for Christmas. All the bathrooms had fun water features to enjoy in the shower or tub area. The pull out couch in the basement is great for a kiddo. It is only a few stairs down from the kitchen so it doesn't feel basement like and it has a great view of the pool. Downtown Austin is not far for activities and restaurants, but far enough away in a safe/quiet neighborhood next to a golf course. There are also plenty of activities with a short drive in the surrounding area, especially for kids. The kitchen was well stocked with pots, pans, and utensils for cooking. The owner is very responsive and helpful to any questions that we had during our stay. My children and I really enjoyed our stay here and we highly recommend. .

The House was very nice. The Pool was great for the kids. I enjoyed the Hot Tub. Location was perfect with a lot of restaurant choices. We will be back again next time we visit Austin.

Unbelievably beautiful. Already booked next year for the same time. Mindy is fantastic host. Helpful in everyway and one hell of a decorator. Spent a lot of time in the backyard. Crazy relaxing and luxurious. Kitchen had everything we needed. Rooms are decorated to the hilt. So much better than a hotel.
