North Austin Oasis near Domain 20 min to Downtown

Rose and Chris were fantastic! The house had everything necessary for a perfect weekend. The entire group was impressed with the cleanliness and what the house had to offer. The owners had great communication. We could not have asked for a better weekend in Austin. Thanks, Rose and Chris!

The hosts were very helpful and responsive in regards to check in/check out processes and any other questions I had. The house was beautiful, clean, and spacious. The pool was well taken care of and very refreshing in the 100° weather. We loved the water slide! The hosts also set out a snack basket and pool basket with towels and sunscreen; it was a very sweet and personal touch.

Our group is a multigenerational family, including a couple, kids, and older parents. Overall we had a positive stay in this property. The house is spacious, clean, well equipped and has some nice amenities such as snacks, coffee, and games. Also the host was kind enough to allow an early check in for our group. There are a few elements that I would suggest improving, mainly by disclosing them more clearly in the listing. First, the bed configuration is a bit odd. It is designed more for a large group of singles, there is only one room with queen/king bed. Other than the one king bed, all other beds are either a single, double or bunk bed. The bunk beds are very squeaky. We had some issues connecting to the Wi-Fi and TV, mainly because there were no instructions provided for this, it required contacting the property manager/homeowner each time. For a house in this price range, I find it odd that basic cable TV is not offered as an amenity. You can stream from your own devices thorugh an HDMI cable, which made it difficult for us to watch the world cup games. This is not a huge issue in itself, but should be clearly stated in the property description, in my view. One other thing to note for those sensitive to privacy, is that the house is equipped with a noise monitoring device and multiple outdoor cameras, including cameras that face the pool area. I don't have an issue with this in itself, but this should be clearly disclosed in the listing, so guests are not surprised upon arriving in the property. Overall a very nice stay, however these items should in my view all be clearly disclosed in the listing, so expectations are clearly set.

Myself and 15 other dudes had an absolute blast at this house. We walked into a very clean and welcoming home. The pool and backyard for bags and other games was great. Ubers were easy to get to head downtown and the ride was 25-30 mins depending on traffic. There are lots of close stores to grab groceries/booze. Would highly recommend this house!

This was the perfect spot for my staff to kick back and relax while doing our annual staff development and training requirements. The house is spacious, clean, and an overall beautiful setting both inside and out! The teachers loved playing and hanging out around the patio/pool area each evening. The pool slide was their favorite! All of the communication from start to finish was clear and responsive. The description and photos of this lovely home are a true representation of the features and layout. Chris is a generous host, ready to make your stay special.

This property was awesome! Provided a ton of space for 16 guys. Pool was fantastic and plenty to do. Communication was great and could not have been easier. Highly recommend!

Our group had a great time at this property. The hosts were communicative and made for an easy check-in. The house was clean when we arrived and well stocked - everything was exactly as described in the listing/photos. They even left snacks and sunscreen which was generous. There were 14 of us and we felt there was plenty of room. Would definitely recommend to others.

One of the best rentals Ove stayed in through Vrbo. Stayed with a group of friends and families for my brothers bachelor party and this house had everything we could’ve possibly needed. Would highly recommend and rent from again.

Wow! We had a get together with family and friends for my birthday and this home couldn’t have been any better for our group. There was something for everyone and plenty of room for the whole crew. You can tell the host has put so much time and effort into making this home the perfect vacation rental, with thoughtful touches throughout. House is fully stocked with everything you could need and more. Easy to get grocery delivery & Ubers. Clean, comfortable, well maintained and seamless stay from start to finish.

My friends and I had a great time at this property. It was very clean, well stocked with necessities, and beautiful. The amenities were all we could have hoped for and the location was close enough to Downtown Austin that we could get there in 15-20 minutes. Definitely would stay again.

Absolutely loved this house! We stayed here for a bachelorette party and it was spacious enough for everyone to get their own bed and privacy. The house was very clean. The backyard was amazing - it truly was just as perfect as the pictures. The response time of the host was very quick. I will definitely be back and recommend this house to anybody looking to stay in Austin!
