Welcome to Casa Sirenas Azul - The Blue Mermaid!
Surrounded by lush jungle, this community is a hidden gem located just 1.5 hrs south of Cancun Airport & just across the hwy from some of world's most beautiful beaches. Your vacation casa is within minutes of the Tulum Ruins, Xel-Ha Park, Dos Ojos Cenote, Akumal, Tulum City & so much more!
Whether you're traveling with your family, on a romantic trip for two or on a fun trip with friends, this area offers an abundance of options for everyone to explore. A near by village offers a taste of the local culture with amenities such as convenience stores, restaurants & markets. For larger shopping trips or to experience a taste of city life, Playa Del Carmen & Tulum are only short drives away.
This 2 bedroom home offers 2 queen sized beds & can comfortably accommodate 4 people with extra sleeping space on the spacious sectional sofa in the living room. Both bedrooms have ceiling fans & A/C units to help ensure a comfortable space.
The kitchen is fully equipped including a rice steamer, crock pot, blender, coffee maker, toaster & all the little extras you'll need. There is even a washer/dryer for your convenience.
All towels & bed linens provided.
FREE WiFi is provided as well as a flat screen TV, DVD player & a selection of movies.
For long, lazy days around the casa, the back patio offers a private splash pool, a palm tree garden, outdoor shower & a Weber gas BBQ. The outdoor living space offers both sun & shade for your comforts.
Beach chairs, coolers & an umbrella are available for those tranquil days at the beach.
Beautiful Xcacel Beach is a private, unspoiled sea turtle sanctuary located directly across from Chan Chemuyil & is a perfect spot for a picnic lunch, a day at the beach or a long romantic stroll at day's end!
The Riviera Maya is also a Diver's Paradise with access to the Meso American Reef & the sacred healing waters of ancient Mayan Cenotes. The BEST of both diving worlds.

Comfortable, quiet relaxing casita convenient to Akumal, Tulum and the roads to inland archeological sites. Very comfortable beds, basic but efficient bath, nice patio with cute plunge pool for hot afternoons. Short walk to Xcacel Turtle Sanctuary & beach, also convenient to village of Chemuyil with restaurants and small shops. The owner & her managers are quick to respond to any inquiries and happy to answer questions & make recommendations. In all, an excellent place to base oneself.

This little house was great for four guests. The kitchen is very nice with everything you will need. The backyard and pool are perfect for a relaxing breakfast or quiet afternoon. The location is great for exploring all that this area has to offer. And the neighborhood was quiet and safe. Thank you for sharing your home with us!

We had a great time staying here. We did lots of snorkeling in the ocean just across the highway and in nearby cenotes. The house was clean and had everything we needed. We had plenty of towels and having a washer and dryer was really nice. The kitchen was great and we really enjoyed making our meals here.

I loved the fact that this home was beautifully decorated and cozy. Spent every morning basking in the sun while drinking my morning coffee in the private back yard. Had a wonderful time staying at this location!
