Pleasant view over the recreation deck and pool of Island Colony. This studio unit has 2 twin beds and will accommodate up to 2 people. The kitchen is equipped with a full-size refrigerator, microwave oven, 2-burner stove, and other small appliances. The living area has a large LED TV and DVD player.
This very convenient location is just a short 5-7 minute walk to the famous Waikiki Beaches, shops, entertainment, restaurants, and grocery stores. The Waikiki Aquarium, Kapiolani Park, International Marketplace, and the Fort DeRussy Army Museum are close by. The bus, which stops within a half block, offers transportation to local attractions, downtown Honolulu, Chinatown, Pearl Harbor, Ala Moana Shopping Center, the Aloha Flea Market, Aloha Marketplace, Hanauma Bay, as well as trips around the island! Be sure to grab the 2 backpack chairs we provided for you to take on your adventures!
Use of the on-site fitness center is available for a $10/stay fee, payable to the AOAO.
Parking is not included with the rental, but is available in the building garage for $47/day with in and out privileges. Daily passes can be purchased at the FLASH Pass Kiosk. (*Rates subject to change without notice)

I enjoyed my 30 day stay in this island Colony Condo. The description and the pictures and the listing were accurate, which is always a relief. It was clean well presented with gently used to appliances. I utilized the lanai daily for reading, meditating, and meals. The location is perfect perfect . So close to so many restaurants and the beach. This is Waikiki after all, so there’s going to be a lot of partying going on, loud motorcycles ant the end of the night etc. However there’s always the beach sounds, bird sounds and I for one I cherish the sounds of laughing playing children in the pool. The laundry facilities are great and the gym was small but perfect for getting me back on track. Overall I’d say I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and would stay with this host again.

Pool closes at 9pm kids screaming security notify on several occasions.Cigarette smoking permitted. We were not aware this was aloud. Management notified they said nothing can be done about that.
