Come to Hawaii and share in our wonderful condo in paradise. Our fully licensed and legal studio condo is only half of a block from World Famous Waikiki Beach.
You can have it all in this fabulous studio condo. The location and view are the crowning jewels of this unit. This unit is one of the larger units on the front side of the building that has a private lanai.
Located on the edge of Waikiki a block from the world famous Waikiki Beach, our condo has you near all the action yet the view makes you feel like you aren't anywhere near a big city.
Diamond Head/Honolulu Zoo/Kapiolani Park/Beach is your view from left to right on your own private lanai. Enjoy your relaxation time and meals right on the lanai four stories up. The building also has a 10th floor shared sundeck and you can grab a delicious meal from any of the nearby restaurants and enjoy it there, basking in the view.
Parking is available in the building for additional fees or ask about nearby street parking. If your trip doesn't include a car, no worries, you are right on a major bus line and it is literally steps to the bus stop.
We have a manager / contact person who lives just a couple buildings over so is close by to answer questions and assist as you settle in.

Perfect location, close to everything and beautiful view. Equipped with everything you could want or need for ocean and pool. It was a perfectly set up for a relaxing and comfortable vacation.

Good location to the beach and shops. Had to pay for parking, so not very good. The road by the hotel was very busy and noisy at night.

The ocean is visible & close walk to beach. Plenty amenities near by. Unfortunately, room was not ready upon our arrival & told by Bill the unit manager, there was delay with maintenance issue, which 2 burner cook top was not working properly. He stayed in contact but were not able to get our booked room for the first 2 nights & placed in much smaller room on interior side of the building. Turns out despite 2 days in other room the cook top was still not working, so portable unit was provided. Mini split AC worked well, the bed was comfortable enough, however the pillows were not appropriately adequate, to which drove to Walmart & purchased 10.00 pillow and left there for next guest. Renters should be aware of a few other items: The fridge is smaller than a small RV camper fridge - it's like a dormitory size - so if you plan to get groceries, be aware of the minimal amount of food that can be put in. Sound machine & ear plugs are suggested for the outside noise as well as noise in the hallways & neighbors slamming doors & moving furniture. The building itself is pretty old with things such as doors not sealed around allowing light & noise to come through. Darkening curtains on the window/sliding glass door would be helpful with the amount of light coming in at night & might reduce some with the exterior noise. Some small improvements would make this room much nicer, but did the job.
